Bake Expo 2026 is a B2B trade exhibition covering bakery, confectionery, food technology, ingredients, packaging and HoReCa. Organised by Bakers Association Kerala, the event brings together businesses and professionals from across the bakery and foodservice ecosystem.
The exhibition provides a platform to discover new ingredients, machinery, packaging, equipment and baking solutions while creating opportunities for sourcing, networking and business development. Bake Expo has grown significantly since its first edition, with the 2025 edition featuring 700 exhibitors and more than 21,000 verified trade visitors.
