Sumvaad Consulting Policies

This Booking Policy explains how consulting sessions on Sumvaad can be scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled. It is to be read alongside our [Payment Policy], [Privacy Policy], and [Terms & Conditions].

1. Available Services

 

We currently offer three types of one-on-one digital consulting calls:

  • Screening Call — ₹199 / 30 minutes

  • Business Strategy Call — ₹1,000 / 60 minutes

  • Product Strategy Call — ₹2,000 / 60 minutes

2. Booking Process

​

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to consultant availability.

Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment through our official platform.

A confirmation email will be sent with session details, including date, time, consultant, and meeting link.

3. Invoicing & Taxability

​

Sumvaad is a Udyam-registered business without GST registration.

Invoices issued are non-GST and are not eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC).

Users purchasing consulting services should account for this before booking.

4. Rescheduling

​

Users may reschedule a consulting session up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time.

Each booking may be rescheduled once only, subject to consultant availability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

​

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled start time → 100% refund.

Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled start time → 50% refund.

No-shows (joining more than 15 minutes late without prior notice) → No refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 working days to the original mode of payment.

6. Data & Privacy

By booking, you consent to Sumvaad collecting your basic details (name, contact, business role, and query details).

Information may be shared with the assigned consultant only for the purpose of service delivery.

All data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

7. Limitation of Liability

​

Consulting sessions are advisory in nature and provided for general informational purposes.

They do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or tax advice.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and outcomes after the session.
