
Sumvaad Consulting Policies

This Booking Policy governs the scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of consulting sessions offered on sumvaad.co.in (“Sumvaad”).
This policy must be read in conjunction with our Payments, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict, those policies shall prevail.
1. Scope of Services
Sumvaad offers one-on-one digital consulting sessions through its platform.
As of the current version of the platform, consulting services may include:

Screening Call

Business Strategy Call

Product Strategy Call
Sumvaad reserves the right to modify, replace, consolidate, or discontinue any consulting service, pricing, or structure at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Such changes shall not affect already confirmed bookings.
2. Eligibility and Access

Consulting services may be accessed by both registered and guest users, unless otherwise specified.

Certain sessions may be restricted, require approval, or be limited based on availability.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
3. Booking Process

All consulting sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment through the designated payment gateway.

Upon confirmation, users will receive session details via official communication channels (including email).
Sumvaad does not guarantee availability of any specific consultant, time slot, or outcome from the session.
4. Invoicing and Taxability

Sumvaad is a Udyam-registered entity and is not registered under GST.

All invoices issued are non-GST invoices.

Such invoices are not eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC).
Users are advised to consider this before making a booking.
5. Rescheduling

Users may reschedule a confirmed consulting session up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability of alternate slots.
-
Sumvaad reserves the right to limit or deny excessive or repeated rescheduling requests.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Users may cancel a consulting session before the scheduled start time.

Refund eligibility is governed strictly as follows:

Cancellation more than 1 hour before the scheduled start time → 100% refund

Cancellation within 1 hour of the scheduled start time → 50% refund

Failure to attend the session without prior cancellation (“no-show”) may result in no refund.

All refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation, via the original mode of payment.

7. User Responsibilities
By booking a consulting session, users agree that:

They will join the session on time using the provided access details.

They will ensure proper internet connectivity and technical readiness.

They will not misuse, record, redistribute, or commercially exploit the session without prior written consent.
Sumvaad shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused due to user-side technical issues.
8. Data and Information Sharing

Booking a consulting session requires users to provide certain personal and/or business information.

This information may be shared with the assigned consultant strictly for the purpose of delivering the service.
All data handling practices are governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Scope and Liability

Consulting sessions are provided for general informational purposes only.

They do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or tax advice.

Sumvaad, its owners, and its consultants:

Do not guarantee outcomes, results, or business performance
-
Shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, decision, or consequence arising from the use of consulting advice

Users are solely responsible for their decisions and actions.
10. Platform and Third-Party Dependencies

Consulting services are facilitated through third-party tools and integrations (including scheduling and payment systems).

Sumvaad shall not be held liable for:

Technical failures

Delays
-
Payment gateway errors
-
Platform outages beyond its control

11. Right to Modify or Terminate Services
Sumvaad reserves the right to:

Modify this Booking Policy at any time

Change consulting formats, pricing, or structure
-
Suspend or discontinue consulting services
Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
