3. Information We Collect

 

3.1 Mandatory Registration Data

To create a Sumvaad account, we collect:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Address

• Password

• User role or profile information

Email verification via OTP is required for account activation.

 

3.2 Optional Profile Information

Users may voluntarily provide:

• Profile image

• Alias name

• Additional contact or business-related details

 

3.3 User-Generated Content (Udhyam Suchi)

When a user creates a listing under Udhyam Suchi, the following data may be collected and displayed:

• Legal Business Name

• GSTIN

• Business Address

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Website and social links

• Business description and overview

• Product or service details

• Images and related business information

This data is user-generated content (UGC).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All such content is submitted voluntarily

• You are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and authenticity

• Sumvaad does not independently verify this information

 

3.4 Public Disclosure and Search Engine Indexing (User Consent)

By submitting any content on Sumvaad, including Udhyam Suchi listings, you provide:

explicit, informed, and irrevocable consent that:

• Your content will be publicly displayed on the platform

• Your content may be accessed by any user without restriction

• Your content may be indexed, crawled, and displayed by search engines including Google and Bing

• Your contact and business details may be used or accessed by third parties

You understand and accept that:

• Once published, Sumvaad has no control over third-party usage of your data

• Removal of content from Sumvaad does not guarantee removal from search engines or external systems

 

3.5 Payment and Transaction Data

For paid services such as Udhyam Suchi and Consulting:

• Transaction details (amount, timestamp, service type)

• Business identification details (if required for compliance)

All payments are processed via Razorpay.

Sumvaad:

• does not store card, UPI, or banking credentials

• does not control payment processing systems

Sumvaad is an Udyam-registered MSME and is currently not GST registered.
Non-GST invoices are issued. GST will be applied once statutory thresholds are met.

 

3.6 Automatically Collected Data

Through platform infrastructure (WIX, Google):

• IP address

• Device and browser information

• Cookies and usage data

This data may be stored and processed on servers located outside India.
