Sumvaad does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. However, we may share your data with trusted service providers for platform functionality:

In Bazaar, your posts and comments are visible within category-specific business groups. Interactions are limited to B2B community networking, and Sumvaad does not vet, guarantee, or verify the legitimacy of any product or business. All due diligence is the sole responsibility of the members.
4. Subscription & Payment Policy
From June 1, 2025, access to Bazaar will require a paid subscription:

₹149/month – Access to all Bazaars

₹999/year (Gold Access) – Annual access to all Bazaars
Featured promotions are also available at ₹999/week.
Cancellation & Refunds:

100% refund if cancelled within 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (annual)

No refunds beyond this period
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. Sumvaad does not store any payment credentials.
5. User Rights Under DPDPA, 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, users have the following rights:
✅ Right to Access – Users can request a copy of their data.
✅ Right to Correction – Users can update or modify incorrect data.
✅ Right to Erasure – Users can request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal obligations.
✅ Right to Withdraw Consent – Users may revoke consent for optional data processing.

7. Third-Party Services & Legal Liability
WIX Hosting & Data Processing:

As SUMVAAD is built on WIX, user data is also stored and processed as per WIX’s Privacy Policy.

SUMVAAD is not liable for any data breaches or misuse by WIX or its partners.
Swiggy Mini Store Payments:

All payments for consulting services are handled externally by Swiggy Mini Store.

SUMVAAD does not store or process payment details.

Any payment disputes, failures, or unauthorized transactions fall under Swiggy Mini Store’s liability.

Users must refer to Swiggy Mini Store’s Privacy Policy and Terms for payment-related queries.
Spotlight Feature & Content Responsibility:

Users submitting content (text, images, videos) for Spotlight grant SUMVAAD irrevocable permission to use it across our platforms.

Users retain full legal responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or IP-related disputes.

SUMVAAD reserves the right to remove content at its discretion without prior notice once the Spotlight advertisement period expires.
8. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

SUMVAAD retains user data only for as long as necessary for platform functionality and legal compliance.
