Payment Policy

At Sumvaad, we offer paid services and features that help businesses grow, network, and access expert advice. This Payment Policy outlines the terms for payments, cancellations and refunds.

1. Paid Services at Sumvaad

1.1 Sumvaad Bazaar Subscriptions

To participate in Sumvaad Bazaar Groups, users must purchase one of the following one-time subscription passes:

  • Access Pass – ₹499 for 3 months

  • Business Pass – ₹799 for 6 months

  • Master Pass – ₹999 for 12 months

 

These are non-recurring, one-time payments. Once the duration ends, access automatically stops unless a new pass is purchased. Each pass gives access to all active Bazaar Groups (21 groups as of June 1, 2025).

1.2 Sumvaad Bazaar FEATURED Program

 

Users with Business Pass or Master Pass can promote their business in a Bazaar via the FEATURED program:

  • Business Pass Holders – ₹999 for 7 days

  • Master Pass Holders – ₹499 for 7 days

1.3 Sumvaad Consulting Services

Users can book one-on-one digital consulting calls:

  • Business Strategy Call – ₹750 (1 hour)

  • Product Strategy Call – ₹1750 (1 hour)

 

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Users can reschedule their Consulting Service Calls 4 hours in advance of their start time.

2. Payment Methods

All payments on Sumvaad are processed through Cashfree Payments using secure and approved payment instruments:

  • UPI (including GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, WhatsApp, Cred Pay, Rupay Credit Card UPI)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, Maestro)

  • Net Banking (All major banks supported)

  • Wallets (Airtel Money, Freecharge, Mobikwik, OlaMoney, JioMoney)

  • Credit Card EMI (RBL, Kotak, ICICI, Axis, AU Small Finance Bank, BoB)

  • Buy Now, Pay Later (Mobikwik PayLater)

 

Note: GST invoices are not issued at present. Non-GST invoices are available.

3. Data Collection for Bookings

While booking any paid service, Sumvaad may collect the following business details for taxation and verification purposes:

  • Business Name

  • Business Owner Name

  • Business Phone & Email

  • Business ID (GSTIN / UDYAM / CIN)

4. Payment Failures

 

If a payment fails:

  • Wait at least 30 minutes before retrying.

  • If money is debited but the service is not activated, users should write to us or directly send an email at contact contact@sumvaad.co.in with transaction details.

 

Access to Bazaar or other features may take 2–4 hours to reflect due to technical issues.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Bazaar Subscriptions

  • Bazaar Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

  • Bazaar Subscriptions that are cancelled within 7 days of their purchase, are eligible for 100% refund.

  • Bazaar Subscriptions that are cancelled after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for any refund.

    • Though we will continue their access for the defined time period.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the day of cancellations.

  • Users who already received a refund once under the 7-day window will not be eligible for future subscription refunds.

5.2 Consulting Services

  • Users can cancel their consulting services before the call start time.

  • All the Consulting Services that are cancelled before 1 hour of the start time, are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • All the Consulting Services that are cancelled within 1 hour of the start time, are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the day of cancellations.

5.3 Bazaar FEATURED Program

  • Users can cancel their FEATURED Program anytime before the start date.

  • Users who have cancelled their FEATURED program requests 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Users who have cancelled their FEATURED program requests within 2 to 7 days from the start date, are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Users who have cancelled their FEATURED program requests within 2 days from the start date are eligible for 25% refund.  

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the day of cancellations.
