GROW with Sumvaad - Terms of Use

At Sumvaad, every partnership begins with one simple principle: Every business integration should create value for our readers as well as value for our partners.

These Terms of Use help us maintain that balance while ensuring a transparent and fair experience for every business.

1. Application & Approval

Submitting an application through Grow with Sumvaad does not automatically guarantee approval. Every application is reviewed by the Sumvaad team to ensure it aligns with our audience, editorial standards and platform values.

2. Eligibility

Grow with Sumvaad is open to businesses whose products or services are relevant to Indian MSMEs. We reserve the right to decline applications that do not align with our readers' interests or the objectives of the selected blog.

3. Blog Integrations

A Blog Integration is a contextual recommendation of your business within a relevant Sumvaad blog. Integrations are editorially written and positioned by the Sumvaad team to ensure they naturally complement the article and provide value to readers.

4. Integration Capacity

Each blog accepts a maximum of four (4) business integrations. Once all available positions have been allocated, additional businesses may either choose another relevant blog or wait until a position becomes available.

5. Allocation of Positions

Business integrations are allocated strictly on a first confirmed, first served basis.

Sumvaad does not reserve or sell preferred positions within a blog.

6. Editorial Independence

Editorial independence is one of Sumvaad's core principles.

Advertisers cannot request changes to:

  • The structure of the article

  • Editorial opinions

  • Rankings or recommendations

  • Conclusions or findings

  • The placement of other businesses

All editorial decisions remain solely with the Sumvaad team.

7. Placement of Integrations

The placement of every business integration is determined exclusively by Sumvaad. Businesses cannot purchase, negotiate or request higher positions within a blog. 

8. Publishing Timeline

Once your application has been approved and payment has been successfully received, your blog integration will normally be published within 3 to 5 working days.

9. Integration Period

Every Blog Integration remains live for 90 consecutive calendar days. The 90-day period begins from the date the integration goes live, not from the date payment is made.

10. Pricing

Current pricing for Blog Integrations is:

Member Price (with active Udhyam Suchi page):

  • ₹2,999 for 90 days

 

Businesses without an active Udhyam Suchi profile

  • ₹7,500 for 90 days

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. However, approved applications will always be honoured at the price confirmed during the application process.

11. Business Information

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Sumvaad, including company details, website links, contact information and business descriptions, is accurate and up to date.

12. Updates During the Integration Period

During the 90-day integration period, businesses may request reasonable updates to factual information such as:

  • Website URL

  • Contact information

  • Company description

Requests involving a different business, different product/service, or a different destination website may be treated as a new integration.

13. Performance Expectations

Grow with Sumvaad is a visibility initiative designed to help relevant businesses become discoverable through trusted educational content.

We do not guarantee:

  • Leads

  • Enquiries

  • Sales

  • Website traffic

  • Business conversions

  • Search rankings

  • Any specific commercial outcome

14. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed only after an application has been approved.

Once a Blog Integration has been published and made live, the applicable fee becomes non-refundable.

If Sumvaad declines an application before publication, no payment will be requested or any payment received will be refunded in full.

15. Right to Decline or Remove Integrations

Sumvaad reserves the right to decline, suspend or remove any business integration if:

  • The information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

  • The business no longer aligns with our editorial standards.

  • The business engages in activities that may negatively affect our readers or the reputation of the platform.

  • These Terms of Use are violated.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time as Grow with Sumvaad evolves.

The latest version published on this page will always apply to future applications.​
