1. PURPOSE

​

This document defines the terms applicable to all promotional offers and campaign-based pricing structures introduced for Udhyam Suchi.

These terms are to be read in conjunction with the Udhyam Suchi Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the campaign-specific terms applicable at the time of listing creation shall prevail only for that listing.

2. APPLICABILITY

​

Each promotional offer listed in this document:

a) is valid only for the period explicitly defined for that offer
b) applies only to users who complete the listing creation within that period
c) governs the pricing, validity, and conditions of that specific listing

Offers do not apply retrospectively and cannot be transferred between users or listings.

3. EARLY BIRD OFFER

Offer Period: 24 March 2026 to 21 April, 2026 (11:59 PM IST)

3.1 Offer Terms

Users who created a listing during this period were eligible to:

a) create the listing at zero cost
b) retain listing visibility and modification rights until 31 March 2028

​

3.2 Scope

This offer applies only to listings created within the stated period.
No new listing shall qualify for this offer after the expiry of the offer period.​

4. EARLY ADOPTER OFFER

Offer Period: From 22 April, 2026 to 17 June, 2026.

4.1 Offer Terms

Users creating a listing during this period are eligible to:

a) create the listing at zero cost
b) retain listing visibility and modification rights for 365 days from the date of activation

​

4.2 Expiry

Upon completion of 365 days:

a) listing validity shall expire
b) continued visibility shall be subject to renewal under applicable pricing at that time

5. SUMMER OFFER

Offer Period: From 18 June, 2026 until further notice

​

5.1 Offer Terms

Users creating a listing during this period are eligible to:

a) create the listing at 60% OFF of Subscription cost (during offer period).
b) retain listing visibility and modification rights for 365 days from the date of activation

​

5.2 Expiry

Upon completion of 365 days:

a) listing validity shall expire
b) continued visibility shall be subject to renewal under applicable pricing at that time

6. FUTURE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS

​

Sumvaad may introduce new promotional offers from time to time. For each such offer:

a) the offer period shall be explicitly defined
b) pricing, benefits, and validity shall be clearly stated
c) the offer shall be recorded in this document as a new section

Each campaign shall operate independently and shall not affect listings created under previous offers.

7. USER CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By creating a listing under any promotional offer, the user acknowledges that:

a) they have reviewed the applicable campaign terms
b) the listing shall be governed by the offer active at the time of creation
c) subsequent changes or new offers shall not apply to their listing

8. MODIFICATION, WITHDRAWAL, OR DISCONTINUATION

Sumvaad reserves the right to:

a) introduce new promotional offers
b) modify or discontinue existing offers before completion of listing creation
c) update this document to reflect such changes

Any such modification shall not affect listings already created under a valid offer.

9. LIMITATION OF INTERPRETATION

​

In case of any dispute or interpretation related to promotional offers:

Sumvaad reserves the right to determine the applicability of a campaign to a specific listing, based on system records and timestamps.
