1. Scope of Policy
This Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all financial transactions conducted on Sumvaad (www.sumvaad.co.in), including payments made for:

Sumvaad Udhyam Suchi (business listing feature)

Sumvaad Consulting Services
By making any payment on the platform, the user agrees to be bound by this Policy.
2. Nature of Platform
Sumvaad operates as an information and access platform.

Payments made on the platform are solely for access to features or services offered by Sumvaad

Sumvaad does not guarantee any business outcomes, including but not limited to leads, enquiries, visibility, or sales

Sumvaad does not participate in, facilitate, or control any transactions between users
3. Payment Processing
All payments on Sumvaad are processed through Cashfree Payments using secure and approved payment instruments:

UPI (including GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, WhatsApp, Cred Pay, Rupay Credit Card UPI)

Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, Maestro)
-
Net Banking (All major banks supported)
-
Wallets (Airtel Money, Freecharge, Mobikwik, OlaMoney, JioMoney)

Credit Card EMI (RBL, Kotak, ICICI, Axis, AU Small Finance Bank, BoB)

Buy Now, Pay Later (Mobikwik PayLater)

GST invoices are not issued at present. Non-GST invoices are available.

acts only as a facilitating platform between the user and the payment gateway
4. Pricing and Paid Features
4.1 Sumvaad Udhyam Suchi

Udhyam Suchi is a paid feature that allows users to create a business listing
-
Standard pricing: ₹1750 for 365
-
This is a non-recurring, one-time payment
Launch and Offer Conditions:
-
Launch Date: 24.03.2026
-
Early access / promotional conditions (if applicable) are governed as per platform announcements
Access to the listing is subject to:
-
successful submission
-
GSTIN validity
-
compliance with platform policies
-
moderation and verification processes
Payment alone does not guarantee listing activation.
4.2 Sumvaad Consulting Services
Users can book digital consulting sessions offered by Sumvaad.

Pricing and structure of consulting services may be updated from time to time

All bookings are subject to availability and scheduling constraints (Know More, Here)
5. Data Collection for Paid Services
For operational, verification, and compliance purposes, Sumvaad may collect:

Name (individual or business)
-
Contact details (phone and email)
-
PAN (individual or business, where applicable)
-
Business identification details (GSTIN / UDYAM / CIN, where applicable)
All such data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and relevant feature-specific policies.
6. Payment Failures and Delays
In case of payment-related issues:

Users are advised to wait at least 30 minutes before retrying
-
If payment is debited but service is not activated, users must contact Sumvaad with transaction details
Activation of services may take up to 2–4 hours due to processing or technical delays.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Sumvaad Udhyam Suchi

Users may cancel their subscription at any time
Refund Eligibility:
-
Cancellation within 7 days from date of payment → 100% refund
-
Cancellation after 7 days → No refund under any circumstances
Additional Conditions:
-
Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with the Udhyam Suchi Terms
-
If a listing is:
-
rejected
-
suspended
-
removed
-
due to policy violations, no refund shall be applicable
Processing:
-
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
-
Refunds are processed within 10 working days
7.2 Sumvaad Consulting Services
Users may cancel consulting sessions as follows:

Cancellation before 1 hour of scheduled time → 100% refund
-
Cancellation within 1 hour of scheduled time → 50% refund
Processing:
-
Refunds are processed within 10 working days from cancellation request
8. Fraud, Misuse and Chargebacks
Sumvaad reserves the right to investigate and take action in cases involving:
-
fraudulent transactions
-
abuse of refund policies
-
payment disputes or chargebacks
In such cases, Sumvaad may:
-
suspend or terminate user access
-
restrict future use of paid services
-
take necessary legal action where applicable
9. Non-Issuance of GST Invoices

Sumvaad is currently not registered under GST
-
GST is not charged on payments
-
GST invoices are not issued
Users are responsible for their own tax compliance, where applicable.
10. Policy Updates
Sumvaad reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform and its paid services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
