1. Introduction

​

Udhyam Suchi is a business directory feature operated by Sumvaad, enabling registered users to create and publish structured business listings on the platform.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the creation, publication, management, and usage of Udhyam Suchi listings.

By creating a listing, submitting information, or making any payment, you (“User”, “Creator”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Platform

 

Udhyam Suchi is an information and listing directory.

Sumvaad acts solely as an intermediary platform under applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Sumvaad:

  • does not act as a marketplace, broker, or agent

  • does not facilitate transactions between users

  • does not guarantee any outcomes from listings

All interactions occur directly between users at their own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility & Account Requirement

 

  • Only registered Sumvaad users are permitted to create an Udhyam Suchi listing

  • One registered user can create only one listing

  • Users must provide accurate and legally valid business information

4. Promotional Offers and Campaign Terms

4.1 Sumvaad may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, introduce promotional offers, early access offers, discount offers, free listing periods, extended validity offers, bundled offers, or any other time-bound campaign in relation to Udhyam Suchi.

4.2 The specific commercial terms of each promotional campaign, including but not limited to the offer period, eligibility, pricing, free period if any, validity period, renewal terms, and any other benefit or condition, shall be communicated separately through the applicable campaign page, banner, checkout page, pop-up, email, communication, or other notice shown to the user for that specific campaign.

4.3 A promotional campaign shall apply only to users who complete the required action during the stated campaign period and who accept the campaign-specific terms at the time of creation, payment, or claim of benefit, as applicable.

4.4 If a promotional campaign states that a listing is created at zero cost, discounted cost, or any other special pricing, such pricing shall apply only for the duration and on the conditions expressly stated in that campaign.

4.5 Where a campaign-specific term conflicts with these master Terms, the campaign-specific term shall apply only for that campaign and only to the extent of that campaign. In all other respects, these master Terms shall continue to apply.

4.6 Sumvaad may, before a user completes the relevant action, modify, extend, suspend, withdraw, or replace any promotional campaign at any time, unless the campaign page expressly states otherwise.

4.7 Once a user completes the relevant action and the applicable listing is created or the applicable payment is successfully processed, the offer accepted at that time shall govern that listing for the applicable period stated in the campaign terms.

5. Standard Pricing

​

  • Listing Fee: INR 1750

  • Validity: 365 days from activation

The listing remains active and modifiable during this period.

6. Listing Validity and Control

​

6.1 The validity period of each Udhyam Suchi listing shall be governed by the plan or campaign terms accepted by the user at the time of creation or renewal.

​

6.2 The creator shall retain modification rights only during the active validity period of the applicable listing plan.

​

6.3 Upon expiry of the applicable validity period, the creator’s modification rights shall cease unless the listing is renewed under an active plan or applicable campaign term.

7. Renewal & Reminders

 

Sumvaad will send:

  • Three (3) renewal reminders during the final 30 days of the subscription

  • A final reminder at least 3 days before expiration

8. Hibernation Mode (Post Plan Expiration)

 

If a user does not renew:

Days 1–30 (Visibility Period)

  • Listing remains visible

  • Modification rights are disabled

Days 31–90 (Hidden Period)

  • Listing becomes invisible on the platform

  • Modification rights remain disabled

After Day 90

  • Listing is permanently deleted

9. GST & TAX Disclaimer

​

Sumvaad is currently registered as a UDYAM entity and is not GST registered.

Accordingly:

  • GST is not charged

  • GST invoices are not issued

Users are solely responsible for:

  • their own tax obligations

  • compliance with GST or other applicable laws​

10. Reactivation

​

If a user purchases a valid plan during the 90-day period:

  • Listing is restored from hibernation

  • Visibility resumes

  • New validity applies as per purchased plan

11. Listing Modification & Deletion

 

  • Creators may modify listings multiple times during active validity

  • Creators may delete listings at any time

Once deleted:

  • The listing cannot be restored or retrieved

  • Sumvaad is not responsible for data recovery due to platform limitations (WIX infrastructure)

12. Cancellation & Refund

 

  • Users may cancel subscription at any time

    • Within 7 days of purchase:

      • Eligible for 100% refund

    • After 7 days:

      • No refund shall be issued

      • Refunds are processed to the original payment source within reasonable timelines

    • Upon cancellation:

      • Listing will be deleted within a reasonable operational timeframe

13. User Responsibility & DATA Accuracy

 

Users are solely responsible for:

  • accuracy of all information submitted

  • legality of business operations

  • ownership or rights over content, goods, or services listed

14. GSTIN Verification

 

  • Submission of a valid GSTIN is mandatory

  • If discrepancy or invalidity is detected:

    • Listing will be immediately hidden

    • User will be contacted for clarification

  • If valid proof is not provided:

    • Listing will be permanently removed

15. Fraud and Misrepresentation

 

If a user:

  • provides false or misleading information

  • submits fake GSTIN

  • impersonates another business

Then:

  • Listing will be removed

  • No refund will be issued

  • User may be permanently banned

User shall be solely liable for any legal consequences.

16. Prohibited Content & Businesses

 

Listings must not include:

  • illegal or restricted goods/services under Indian law

  • sexual or sexual wellness products

  • pharmaceutical or medical products

  • drugs, alcohol, tobacco

  • betting, gambling, or pornography

  • political content

If violated:

  • Listing will be removed

  • Refund may be issued at Sumvaad’s discretion

17. Intellectual Property Responsibility

 

Users must ensure:

  • they have rights to all listed products/services

  • they are not infringing any third-party intellectual property

Sumvaad is not liable for:

  • IP violations

  • counterfeit or unauthorized listings

18. Public Display and Consent

 

By creating a listing, you:

  • grant Sumvaad full rights to host and display your data

  • consent to public visibility of your business information

  • acknowledge that data may be indexed by search engines

Sumvaad shall not be liable for:

  • third-party use of publicly available data

  • continued visibility of indexed content after deletion

19. DATA Storage & Security

 

  • Data is stored using WIX infrastructure

  • Sensitive information is stored in encrypted format

 

Users acknowledge:

  • data is managed by third-party systems

  • Sumvaad is not liable for infrastructure-level breaches

20. NO Guarantee of Outcomes

 

Udhyam Suchi does not guarantee:

  • leads

  • customers

  • sales

  • impressions

  • business growth

21. Platform Non-Involvement

 

Sumvaad:

  • does not mediate disputes

  • does not verify business credibility

  • does not participate in transactions

All interactions are user-driven.

22. Limitation of Liability

 

Sumvaad and its owners shall not be liable for:

  • business losses

  • disputes between users

  • fraud or misrepresentation

  • indirect or consequential damages

23. Indemnity

 

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sumvaad from any:

  • claims

  • damages

  • legal liabilities

arising from their listing or actions.

24. Force Majeure

 

Sumvaad shall not be liable for:

  • technical failures

  • downtime

  • third-party disruptions

  • events beyond reasonable control

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in: Meerut, UP

26. Modification of Terms

​

Any promotional offer, campaign, discount, or time-bound benefit may be introduced, modified, extended, suspended, or withdrawn through separate campaign terms without requiring the master Terms to be amended each time.
