1. Purpose

 

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing access to Sumvaad Bazaar through paid category-level subscriptions. It is intended to ensure fair use, transparency, and protection for all users interacting within the Bazaar feature on www.sumvaad.co.in.

2. What is Sumvaad Bazaar?

 

Sumvaad Bazaar is a trusted, category - specific business space where verified users can:

  • Post product or service offers

  • Share requirements

  • Discover potential buyers, sellers, or collaborators

 

It is not a marketplace or lead-generation platform. There are no ads, no lead selling and no order processing - the platform facilitates community-led discovery and conversations.

3. Subscription Plans and Fees

Choose the categories relevant to your business. Each subscription gives you 12-month access to post, buy - sell, engage and build real B2B connections within the subscribed Bazaar. Here's a list of active Bazaar Subscriptions:

Important Note​​

  1. All Bazaar subscriptions are priced at ₹799 / Annum per Bazaar.

  2. Each Bazaar category requires you to purchase a separate subscription.

  3. All payments are one-time for a 12-month period. At the end of the subscription, you must purchase again to continue access.

  4. Subscriptions are not live yet; Sumvaad is not committing to a launch/start date.

  5. Subscriptions do not include lead delivery, buyer verification, or transaction handling by Sumvaad.

6. User Eligibility

​

At this time, we are primarily focusing on business-first users, who can access Sumvaad Bazaar. Read below to know more:

 

Eligible User Profiles who can buy Bazaar Subscriptions -

  • Drop - Shippers

  • Manufacturer

  • Reseller

  • Retailer

  • SaaS / Tech Business

  • Supplier

  • Wholesaler

 

If you belong to these user profiles, you can buy the bazaar subscriptions. Though it does not guarantee access as you have to verify your credentials to participate in a bazaar. We have segmented these profile in 2 categories - 

 

Verified Business (Manufacturer, Reseller, Retailer, SaaS / Tech Owner, Supplier, Wholesaler)

  • Phone

  • PAN Card

  • GSTIN / Udyam / CIN

 

Verified Member (Drop - Shippers)

  • Phone

  • PAN Card

 

Can users who are Aspiring Business Person, Students or Working professionals, join?

At this point, NO. We have built bazaar keeping genuine businesses at core. Though all these 3 users are welcome to join Manthan, where they get great opportunity not only share their wisdom but also learn from business owners.

7. Misuse, Violations & Access Removal

 

  • Access is cancelled and refunded if a user from an In-eligible profile buys a subscription.

  • Access is cancelled and fee is refunded if a user verification fails.

 

Access may be suspended or revoked (without refund) if a user:

  1. Posts misleading, spammy, or off-topic content

  2. Cross-posts the same material across unrelated categories

  3. Misuses contact information or platform features (e.g., spamming, cold-calling)

  4. Violates Sumvaad’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Use

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Users can cancel their Subscription whenever they wish to.

  • Users are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their subscription within 7 days from their purchase.

  • Users are not eligible for any refund if they cancel their subscription after 7 days from the purchase.

  • A user who has already received a refund for cancellation is not eligible for another refund for any other existing or future subscriptions.

9. Amendments

 

Sumvaad reserves the right to update or revise this subscription policy at any time. Major changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.
