Booking & Cancellation Policies
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. - Users can reschedule their Consulting Service Calls 4 hours in advance of their start time. - Users can cancel their consulting services before the call start time. - All the Consulting Services that are cancelled before 1 hour of the start time, are eligible for a 100% refund. - All the Consulting Services that are cancelled within 1 hour of the start time, are eligible for a 50% refund. - Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the day of cancellations.
