Can i hire My Own Delivery Boy for Local Orders Instead of Using Partner?

On an average if i get between 50 - 60 orders daily, mostly on WhatsApp within 5 km radius, then shall i hire delivery staff or partner with some delivery company?

Don't know if some company offer such service in Ghaziabad. So what should be the best strategy for me?

Fair point highlighted by @Agriculture India . If your orders are offline, like general grocers do (either call or whatsapp), then partnering with a logistics player will increase your effort. You'll need to create an order in their app, schedule it, print the labels and then dispatch it. You can go with hiring your own staff for fulfilling deliveries.
